CLINICS, EQUIPMENT AND MEDICINE
Amazon Xpedition Outreach goes into the villages, with permission from the Tribal leaders, and provides medical clinics and medicine in remote Indian Villages on the Amazon river and tributaries. Large groups of people a day are treated depending on how many medical personnel are available.
The medical teams perform surgeries for the underprivileged population. A boat ambulance transports injured and critically sick people to hospital facilities.
Education on personal hygiene, sanitation, nutrition, and disease prevention is provided as well as a pharmacy.
Preventive medicine is provided in places where epidemic outbreaks are taking place.
Everyone receive ministry by sharing the Gospel, leading individuals to salvation, and sharing Gods desire for them to experience healing and miracles. Often, churches have been started as a result of providing Medical Clinics.
