Amazon Little People

The ministry to the children is a vital part of Amazon Xpeditions Outreach, Inc. This is done through children’s homes where we feed, clothe and school children who have either been abandoned or orphaned. We have nine feeding stations established in the jungle area of Colombia, Peru and Brazil, where over 900 children receive a hot meal every day before they go to school. 35 families with children under school age have been adopted on this feeding program, their children are in severe malnutrition stage due to extreme poverty. We also reach out to the rest of the children population in many jungle villages through Christian literature, music, drama, puppets and Vacation Bible Schools. At the same time we train new children ministers and Sunday school teachers to continue their work in local churches and public schools. By doing these, we train them in the Bible and faith to prepare them to become tomorrow’s ministers and secular leaders.
